At Florefeel, we strive to offer memorable floral experiences. Each arrangement is made with fresh, carefully selected flowers. We understand that unexpected events may occur, so we're sharing our exchange and return policy with you:
🕒 In what cases do exchanges or returns apply?
- If the product arrived in poor condition (wilted or damaged flowers).
- If the delivered order does not match what was requested (very different model).
- If there was an error in the address or delivery time on the part of our team.
📅 Deadline to request an exchange or refund
Requests must be made within 12 hours of delivery , sending photographic evidence to our WhatsApp or email.
📩 How to apply?
Contact us via WhatsApp at 55 2775 5173 or by email at info@florefeel.com with:
- Order number.
- Name of the buyer.
- Photographs of the arrangement received.
- Reason for the request.
📌 Important considerations
- We do not offer cash refunds. If approved, a replacement or credit toward another order is offered.
- Returns are not accepted if the arrangement was rejected by the recipient or if the address provided was incorrect.
- Flowers may vary slightly depending on availability, but we will always respect the style and value of the design.
